Description
A beautiful accessory for a fusing project, copper oxide powder creates wonderful blue bubbles when fired in between clear glass. You can use it with any type of glass including float, Oceanside, Bullseye and Spectrum 96. It can be sprinkled in a thin layer over the glass with a fine sifter or mixed with water or glue and painted onto the glass prior to firing. Less is more with this product so take care not to apply too thickly as this will prevent a good even finish. The bubbles will be darker the more product you apply so experiment to get the effect you want. As a safety note, we recommend wearing a dust mask if sifting this powder.
