Returns Policy

Pearsons Glass accepts returns by prior arrangement only. This policy outlines the conditions under which goods may be returned, along with your rights under distance selling regulations.

Standard Returns

Goods may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to prior arrangement with Pearsons Glass. All items must be in the same condition as originally supplied, unused, and returned with all original packaging materials.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances: non-stock special order items, bespoke sizes and laminated glass products.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, you must notify us in writing, and the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with all original packaging.

Returning Goods

All returned goods must be sent at your cost or delivered by you to our premises, and must arrive in good condition. It is recommended that returned items are sent via recorded delivery, as Pearsons Glass accepts no liability for shipments arranged by the customer.

Inspection and Refunds

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued if the items meet the required conditions. Refunds will be made less any carriage costs incurred. Eligible refunds will be completed within 14days.

Important Conditions

You must contact Pearsons Glass in writing before returning any goods. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
