Safety Notice
Entry to our shop is not permitted for individuals below the age of 14. Any person between the ages of 14 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pets, including service dogs, are not permitted to enter our warehouse. Whilst we do our best to keep the factory floors clean and tidy, glass residue or small glass shards can sometimes go undetected. Your pet’s safety is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding. Individuals wearing open-toe shoes or sandals may be denied access.

Collection of an order should only commence once confirmation has been given by our Customer Service team that an order is complete. Please contact 0151 207 1474 and select option 2, or email customerservice@pearsons-glass.co.uk for further information.
Template Drop-Off
You are welcome to drop off your template at any time within our operating hours. Please ensure that your template is constructed from a solid material, excluding cardboard or paper, is free from damage, and is clearly marked with all relevant information, including company name. Please allow a 48-hour waiting period from the time of drop-off before receiving your quotation or order confirmation.
