Loyalty Scheme
Save more when you spend online with Pearsons Glass. Our Loyalty Scheme rewards customers who create an account and shop through our online store, giving you extra value as your spend increases over time. Discounts are calculated on a rolling 12-month spend and are applied at the start of the following month once you have reached one of the qualifying spend bands below. All values shown include VAT.
Platinum - 20% Discount
Spend over £4500 in a rolling 12-month period to qualify for Platinum level. This is the first loyalty tier and rewards regular customers with an ongoing discount once the spend threshold is reached.
How the Scheme Works
- Create an account: You need an online customer account to qualify for loyalty rewards.
- Spend over time: Discounts are based on your total spend across a rolling 12-month period.
- Move up the bands: Once you reach a threshold, the relevant discount is applied at the start of the following month.
- Keep shopping: The more you spend over time, the higher the potential discount band.
Bronze - 5% Discount
Silver - 10% Discount
Gold - 15% Discount
Loyalty Discount Bands
Platinum - 20% Discount: Spend over £4500 in a rolling 12-month period.
Gold - 15% Discount: Spend over £3500 in a rolling 12-month period.
Silver - 10% Discount: Spend over £2500 in a rolling 12-month period.
Bronze - 5% Discount: Spend over £1500 in a rolling 12-month period.
Important Scheme Details
Some items are excluded from the Loyalty Scheme, including kilns, grinders, lead came, solder, and certain hand and power tools. Discounting is also limited on Bullseye Glass products and Roundels. If you need a large quantity in a single order, it is best to contact the team directly for a quotation.
Delivery and Further Information
